The staff here are incredibly friendly, making the atmosphere welcoming. The food, especially at the Mexican restaurant, is delicious and varied. The entertainment team ensures there's never a dull moment.

Unfortunately, check-in was chaotic, with room issues on arrival. Additionally, some restaurants had long wait times, and even the beach became uncomfortable due to sand fleas, affecting our overall comfort.

Budget-friendly with a decent atmosphere, though not luxury. The beach was sad due to seaweed, making it hard to enjoy the beautiful water. Staff were friendly, and the coffee shop was a highlight. Meals were often cold and options repetitive, but good entertainment kept spirits high. Expect some walking on a sprawling property.

The beach access was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the activities offered like the live entertainment and spa treatments. The only small hiccup was the check-in wait, but overall, it didn’t take away from our great experience! 🌴

Memorable Honeymoon Sanctuary!

We celebrated our honeymoon in a splendid Junior Suite with pool view. The Italian restaurant served the best pasta I’ve ever tasted, while the beach vibes and friendly entertainment team made every day delightful. Don't miss ordering from the beach bar! Arrive early for the Bali beds.

The resort boasts beautiful grounds and a friendly staff, particularly Luis who ensured we had a great experience. However, there were some inconveniences, such as issues with the air conditioning and occasional flooding in the bathroom. Dining was generally good, but the buffet had some wait times.

The hotel had lovely decorations that made me feel at home, and its accessibility made it easy for seniors like us to navigate comfortably without feeling rushed during our stay.

More shaded seating by the pool would be great.

great experience but a gym in need of update

I had an amazing stay for 21 nights. The restaurants exceeded expectations, especially the Mexican one where Miguelina provided outstanding service. The pool bar staff were attentive and the clean beach offered a refreshing retreat.

The gym equipment felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

The Privilege Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable. It had nice amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was really big with two sinks, but we had to ask for extra towels. There was a bit of rust around the mirror, probably from humidity, but it wasn't a huge deal. Room service was prompt and efficient, which was great. Overall, I felt like I had a good space to relax after enjoying the beach.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, beach access, and a fantastic staff. I remember being helped to my room on my first stay. I’ll definitely return for another city break.

The air conditioner was completely broken, leaving us sweating in a room that never cooled down past 78 degrees. The floors were filthy, forcing us to clean them ourselves with a towel. On top of that, the food was subpar, with limited options and outrageous prices for anything outside of the included beer. It felt like a rip-off given the all-inclusive promises.
